REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge of machine learning in data analytics, decision making systems, regression, supervised and unsupervised learning;
• Advanced OpenAI API, fine tuning techniques;
• Programming skills — Python, R, (C++, Java as a plus);
• Understanding of ETL-processes and experience building them from scratch (experience with AWS Glue or Apache Airflow is a plus);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely within a team to define required data and methods to solve a givenproblem;
• Analyze project scope completeness and integrity to provide suggestions for improvements to customers;
• Implement automated risk assessment mechanisms;
• Design, develop, and implement autonomous agents using cutting-edge AI techniques, including prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, AGI, and game theory;
• Drive and manage data modelling and analysis using data connectors, SQL, Python and Rest APIs;
• Estimate task durations and predict team performance;
• Cooperation with Development teams.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• PhD. in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics with specialization in machine learning/deep learning/reinforcement learning;
• ML experience in project management (task estimation, timeline prediction).
